Every service · every price · buy one or buy the bundle

Everything I do, with the price next to it.

Five things: build the website, write what goes on it, host it for $0, make it findable in Google and in AI answers, and keep the domain and email out of other people's hands. Each has a published price. Bundled, they cost less.

What a website actually needs

A website needs five things to earn its cost: it has to exist, say something true, load fast and free, be findable by people and by AI, and stay in your name. Most providers sell one.

01 · Build

The site itself. Moved, redesigned, or built new. $890 – $2,400

02 · Content

The words, the pictures, the case studies, the video. $180 – $690 per piece

03 · Hosting & speed

$0 a month on Cloudflare, and a measured speed pass. $0 – $340

04 · Being found

SEO, AI answers, Google Business Profile, Maps. $390 – $690 each

05 · Security

Domain, email and site hardened. Replaces the registrar's monthly upsell. $190

Or all of it

One bundle, one price, up to $2,950 less than buying the parts.

01 · Build

The website

Three ways in: move the site you have for $890, move and redesign it for $1,900, or build a new one from $2,400. Hosting afterwards costs $0 a month on Cloudflare.

ServiceWhat you getPrice
The MoveYour published site rebuilt on Cloudflare, same URLs, pixel-compared at three widths, email records preserved$890 once
The Move + redesignThe move, plus a new front end — structure, layout, type, imagery, mobile designed not reflowed$1,900 once
New siteFive to eight pages built from nothing, structure and copy drafted, domain and email set up, files in your namefrom $2,400 once
Extra pageOne more page, designed, written and marked up like the rest$240 each
Campaign landing pageA single page for one offer or one channel, with its own tracking$490 once
What this does

Ends the monthly platform bill permanently, and puts the files in your possession. The published prices elsewhere for a small-business site built by an agency run $4,000 to $8,000 in 2026, and that is before hosting.

What this does not do

It does not give you a drag-and-drop editor, and on its own it does not make anyone find you. A beautiful site nobody searches for is a $0-a-month brochure. That is what section 04 is for.

02 · Content

What goes on it

Pages, articles, case studies, photography direction, 3D visuals and short film. Priced per piece so you can buy one. Nothing is invented — every claim comes from you or from a source.

ServiceWhat you getPrice
Page written for search and AIOne page written with a 25–30 word answer block, real FAQs, and schema that matches the visible text$180 per page
Article or guide1,000–1,400 words on one question people actually type, every number sourced and dated$220 each
Case studyOne job documented properly — before, after, what changed, what it cost$340 each
Photography directionA shot list for your own real images, and the edit afterwards. No stock people$290 once
3D render or technical visualA rendered visual of a product, a procedure or a part, built from real geometry$390 each
Short filmOne cut delivered both ways — 16:9 for the website, 9:16 for social$690 each
What this does

Gives Google and the AI engines something specific to quote. Generic pages get skipped by both. A page that answers one question in the first thirty words is the format that gets lifted into an answer.

What this does not do

It will not invent achievements you do not have. If the business has no numbers, no reviews and no photographs, the honest first step is getting those — not writing around the gap.

03 · Hosting and speed

Making it fast, and free

Hosting is $0 a month on Cloudflare's free tier for a normal business site. The speed pass is $340 and is measured before and after, not asserted.

ServiceWhat you getPrice
Cloudflare hostingStatic files served worldwide, free tier, commercial use allowed by Cloudflare's own terms$0 a month
Speed passImages re-encoded, fonts and render-blocking fixed, Core Web Vitals measured before and after and shown to you$340 once
Care planEdits by message, live the same working day. Monitoring, backups, security headers, small fixes$99/mo · $594/yr
What this does

Removes the recurring hosting bill and makes the site load quickly on a phone on mobile data, which is where most of your visitors actually are.

What this does not do

Speed is a small ranking factor, not a large one. Anyone selling you a page-speed service as an SEO strategy is selling you the easy part. It matters because slow sites lose people, not because Google rewards it heavily.

04 · Being found

SEO, AI answers, Google Business Profile and Maps

Four separate jobs, priced separately: the technical and on-page foundation ($690), AI answer setup ($590), Google Business Profile ($390), and Maps positioning ($490).

ServiceWhat you getPrice
Visibility auditWhat you rank for now, what you do not, and what is technically blocking you. Written, yours to keepFree
SEO foundationCrawl and index fixes, canonicals, sitemap, robots, redirects, titles and descriptions, one H1 per page, internal links, Search Console and analytics verified$690 once
AI answers — AEO and GEOAnswer blocks after the key headings, real FAQ sections, Service/FAQPage/LocalBusiness schema matched to visible text, llms.txt, a markdown mirror per page, and access verified for GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot and Google-Extended$590 once
Google Business ProfileCategories, services, attributes, hours, description, photo set, Q&A seeded, and the name/address/phone matched exactly to the site$390 once
Google Maps positioningA geo-grid baseline of where you actually rank across the island, directory and citation consistency, a review request system, and a landing page per location or service area$490 once
Visibility retainerOngoing: new pages monthly, schema kept correct, GBP posts, review handling, rank and AI-citation tracking, one report you can read$390/mo · $2,340/yr
Dominance retainerThe above at higher volume, plus competitor displacement work, link earning, and multi-language pages$790/mo · $4,740/yr
What this does

It is the only part of this list that produces enquiries rather than saving money. Everything else on this page reduces a bill. This is the part that makes the phone ring.

What this does not do

It does not guarantee a position. Nobody controls Google's index, and anyone who promises a ranking is describing a result they cannot deliver. What is guaranteed is the work, the measurement, and that you see both.

How the visibility work actually runs, step by step →

05 · Security

Keeping the domain in your name

$190 once. Registrar lock verified, two-factor on the accounts that can move the domain, auto-renew, DNSSEC, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC so nobody can send email as you.

What this does

Closes the four ways a small business actually loses a domain: an expired card, an account without two-factor, an email account that can reset everything, and DNS records nobody is watching. It also replaces the "domain protection" upsell registrars sell monthly — that product is a registrar lock plus two-factor, and both are free.

What this does not do

It is not antivirus, and it is not a promise nothing will ever go wrong. A static site has no database to leak, no login to brute-force and no plugin to go unpatched, so the remaining risk lives in your accounts, not in the website.

Questions people ask before buying one service

Can I buy just one thing?

Yes, and plenty of people should. If your site is fine and only the Google Business Profile is a mess, buy the $390 profile job and nothing else. Every line above is sold on its own. The bundles exist because most businesses need four of the five, and buying four separately costs more.

Do I have to move my website to buy the SEO work?

No. The SEO foundation, the AI answer setup, the Google Business Profile and the Maps work all run on a site that stays exactly where it is — Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, anything. You keep paying your platform, and the visibility work still happens. Moving is a separate decision about hosting cost, not a condition.

Why is the AI answer work a one-time price when agencies charge monthly for it?

Because most of it is structural and does not need redoing every month: the answer blocks, the schema, the crawler access, the markdown mirror. Once a page is built to be quotable it stays quotable. What genuinely recurs — new pages, new questions, tracking which engines cite you — is in the retainer. Charging monthly for a one-time build is a pricing choice, not a technical necessity.

What is the difference between SEO, AEO and GEO in plain words?

SEO is being found in a list of blue links. AEO is being the answer that gets read out or shown at the top, with no click needed. GEO is being the source an AI quotes when someone asks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity a question about your field. They overlap, they use the same underlying structure, and doing the first well does most of the work for the other two — which is why the setup here is $590 and not $5,900.

Can you guarantee I will rank number one?

No, and I will not pretend otherwise. Nobody outside Google controls the index. What I will do is show you where you rank now, do the work, and show you where you rank after — separated into brand searches (people typing your name, which will always look good) and non-brand searches (people who did not know you existed, which is the only number that means anything).

How do you charge if I want something not on this list?

$111 an hour is the published average for SEO work in Ahrefs' survey of 439 professionals. I would rather quote a fixed price for a defined job than bill hours, so tell me what you want and you will get a number before anything starts.
